Madelaine Niam
Senior Scientist
Madelaine Niam graduated with a BSc degree with honours in Life Sciences from National University of Singapore and obtained her MSc in Cell and Gene Therapy from University College London. She is working as a Senior Scientist in the Cell Therapy Facility at the Health Sciences Authority, and has seen the facility through its infancy stage to the setup today whereby it obtained both international FACT-JACIE accreditation as well as the status of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance by our local regulators. The facility handles minimally manipulated stem cell products for routine transplants as well as extensively manipulated cell therapy products for several on-going clinical trials.
